The byproduct of a couple dull meetings, given a quick color job. It's a sort of specialized maintenance vehicle designed to cling to a narrow trackway and run/repair cable in the interior of a massive underground structure, like a reservoir or bunker.

Very cool

I have a type of vehicle, waiting posting, that is also locked to elevated tracks but it's design and purpose is quite a bit different. I dig this things industrial look, nice stuff!
