there is something waaaaay wrong with her right hand, it definately needs some work - the way it connects to the forearm looks very wrong and unnatural to me. Maybe work on that. I agree with whoever says it seems a little faded, too. There isnt very much strong defenition to it so it just comes off as kind of uninteresting.

I like the detail on the shirt, and the girl stands out nicely, but the BG is a bit too faded. Needs a bit more punch to even out the strength the Suc' has over the image.
Also, I like that pose. Nicely done!
