It is nice to see a beam tank that actually has a parabolic reflector to focus the laser. A powerful laser could melt enemy soldiers- I would not want to be on the wrong side of this tank. Nice concept tank!!
"We watched as the Helios Tanks positioned their reflectors towards the Pan-Asian tanks and emplacements along the skyline. As the only slightly-visible beams made contact with their targets, we saw tiny fires, and occasional bright flashes, followed by billowing smoke. 'Fuck,' cried one of the men looking through his optical scope, 'I have never seen such hell in my life!' I asked to see his sniper rifle, he obliged, obviously shaken. I peered down the scope and felt slightly nauseous. I saw human forms, half incinerated, frantically running about in some sort of vain attempt to survive, to stop their bodies from being consumed by lasers- I saw burning tanks, collapsing buildings... I nearly vomited. In twelve years of hellish war, I had killed and nearly been killed- but for the first time, the horrors of war turned my stomach. I saw a PAC Gunship, a Type-9 Doragon attempt to attack us- it was half incinerated when a Helios merely turned its weapons array to the sky."
