Sketch of a Titan City location prior to cleanup and general housebreaking of the pencil sketch. Trying to further blur the line between vehicles and architecture. Here, the uppermost floor can detach and fly about the city. In theory, you could see all the sights without ever leaving your hotel.

Cool design! I really like the Art Decco influences in the the look of the ship. Has a "Fifth Element" type feel to it. Good job!

Amazing! I especially like the detachable top floor - i just wonder how much more expensive is it to rent that floor versus any other one ;) or maybe it is some sort of a guided daily tour for all the guests?

It's a sort of cocktail lounge- though it can be fitted out with different modular furnishings for private parties, etc. Originally, it was built as apartments, but most of the building is taken up by the Club. A few of the apartments are still separate residences, though.
